maybe the government doesn't have the right people when they appear before SCOTUS...Is this on purpose so the status quo continues, or do we really have very mediocre lawyers working for the government at the huge salaries?????
I accept “[n]o Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law….” but does that mean that an agency (e.g., CFPB) is prohibited from getting any funding from another source? Where does the Constitution say that?
