Google Execs’ Trump Meltdown Reminds: There’s No Such Thing as ‘Unbiased’
Keeping Conservatism Locked Down
We have for years been chronicling the extreme anti-conservative bias of the massive Big Tech companies - Google, Facebook, Twitter and the like.
And we have for years been chronicling the hilarity that ensues when the massive Big Tech companies - pretend they aren’t biased against conservatives.
Well, last week the news website Breitbart - delivered us a video. It is of Google founders and senior executives presenting to Googlers. In which many Google executives express profound and at times tearful negative reactions - to the election of President Donald Trump:
“(I)t features co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, VPs Kent Walker and Eileen Naughton, CFO Ruth Porat, and CEO Sundar Pichai.”
Here's a medley of some of the meetings’ greatest hits. No one in Google’s upper hierarchy appears anything but sorely displeased with America’s decision. They in fact seem overwrought in their misery.
This video captures precisely why we have for years found hilarious Big Tech’s claims they aren’t biased against conservatives.
Because humans - are humans. Anything humans do - is colored by their predilections and biases. Even if humans consciously try to shoot straight - their subconscious always prevails, and their predilections and biases subsume their work.
We humans used to better understand and accept this.
Look at the news media. For our first nation’s first two centuries, we knew news media outlets would be biased. So the news media outlets - didn’t pretend they weren’t. Major cities usually had two newspapers - one each an outlet for a major political Party:
“(B)oth parties sponsored papers to reach their loyal partisans. From the 1830s onward, the Penny press began to play a major role in American journalism. Technological advancements such as the telegraph and faster printing presses in the 1840s also helped to expand the press of the nation as it experienced rapid economic and demographic growth. Editors typically became the local party spokesman, and hard-hitting editorials were widely reprinted.
“By 1900 major newspapers had become profitable powerhouses of advocacy, muckraking and sensationalism, along with serious, and objective news-gathering.”
That all changed ever so slightly…in the 1960s. (Seriously, how many awful subject discussions begin with the phrase “Well, back in the 1960s…?”)
It was then Leftists decided to pretend to create “unbiased” journalism. “Just the facts.” They did this - to surreptitiously continue to advance Leftism.
Walter Cronkite was “The Most Trusted Man in America” - who lied to America about the Vietnam War’s Tet Offensive, thereby souring Americans on the war and likely losing it for all of us. Shocker - when he retired, he turned out to be…a rote Leftist.
Dan Rather aired obviously phony documents in an attempt to un-elect a Republican President. Which forced him into retirement - at which point it became even-more-readily apparent he is…a rote Leftist.
The “unbiased” mask by then starting to slip - the news media started caring less about appearances. They hired as “news” “anchors” - Democrat staffers like George Stephanopoulos and Chuck Todd. And with an increasing, ongoing frequency - the “news” leaned even further and further Left.
Then came Trump. Who ripped off the media’s mask, threw it on the ground, stomped on it - and proudly, correctly proclaimed “You fake news freaks are all a bunch of hacks.”
The “news” media de-masked - revealed a snarling, fang-toothed, heinous Leftist visage. It is to this we have been now subjected for more than two years.
In other words: Exactly what they were for two centuries prior to the Left lying and pretending the “news” media weren’t biased.
The “news” media - is made up of humans who are Leftist. To pretend this won’t color their work - is inanity on stilts.
Which brings us back to Big Tech. Big Tech is made up of humans - who are Leftist. To pretend this won’t color their work - is inanity on stilts.
Any intellectually honest person watching this video of Google’s nigh entire leadership - in tears and utter despair as a result of Trump winning - has to know that OF COURSE this profound Leftism will color the work these people do.
And the work these people do - is run the company that delivers the vast majority of Web search results for America and Americans. They so dominate the search market - their noun…has become a verb: “Google that, will you?”
These Leftist Google executives hire the thousands of people who do the work of this massive Big Tech company.
To pretend Google’s bias doesn’t color whom they hire - and fire - is inanity on stilts.

Google Sued Over Bias Claims Against Conservative Employees
These Leftist Google executives devise, re-devise and endlessly hone the algorithms that deliver these search results. To then pretend this bias doesn’t color Google’s search results - is inanity on stilts.
Trump recently accused Leftist Google of rigging their search results against him. The Leftist “news” media - dutifully defended Leftist Google. Except:

But of course - Google’s bias WAY predates President Trump. For instance, there was Google’s bias against Candidate Trump.

We could cite similar Google-is-biased links…until the crack of Doom. But you by now get the idea.
All of this has to have any intellectually honest person drawing the following conclusion:
ALL of this Google anti-conservatism going on.
In its founders. Its senior executives. And its rank-and-file hiring and firing practices.
And yet somehow Google’s search results - will be right down the middle of the fairway?
Sure.
