The companies receiving complaints have developed a system. All they have to do is respond to keep their ratings. It doesn't matter if their response is garbage or even makes sense. Then when you reject the response, the corrupt or lazy BBB will close the case even if you ask them not to. Even if they dont which is rare and you are able to get another response the company will simply continue to give you the runaround and not resolve anything to keep their ratings. Another scam they are pulling is answering you by email instead of on the BBB complaint. This causes many to forget about answering online making the BBB think you simply went away(though most know what's going on) and the BBB will close the case in their favor. Amazon is famous for this and the girl Sarah I think is her name seems to be a part of it. The corruption is mindboggling. I wish there would be a class action suit
